  • Do you send watches abroad?
Yes, we also send watches abroad. Contact us for more information before creating an order.
  • Where can I see or try my watch?
At our e-shop, we strive for the best possible presentation of individual watches in the form of photos and videos. We understand that sometimes this is not enough and you need to try your watch. A personal inspection is possible at our shops in Karlín, Prague – Vítkova 8, or in Holešovice, Prague 7 – Dukelských Hrdinů 3. We recommend calling and checking in advance whether the watch is in stock.
  • I have seen on your website that it is possible to pick up the watch in cities other than Prague. Can I see them there as well?
You can see the watch only in Prague. In other cities, we have dispensing points mediated by Uloženka. If you are interested in a tour of the watch and you do not have a trip to Prague, please contact us and we will try to come up with some solution. Alternatively, we can send the watch to your address and if you are not satisfied, you can return the watch without any problems.
  • How long does the battery last for the watch?
Battery life varies by battery type and machine. The standard battery life in the watch is 3-5 years. For watches with extra features such as the stopwatch or the second time zone, the battery life may vary depending on how often you use these features.
  • Where can I replace the battery so that the warranty is not lost?
You can entrust the watch to us and we will have the battery replaced by an authorized service center, or you can use any watchmaker, where they will replace the battery and a subsequent water tightness test. You would only lose the warranty if the watch is damaged by improper handling or inserting the wrong battery.
  • Do you also provide post-warranty watch service?
Yes, we are able to supply all available parts. We will be happy to take care of your watch even after the warranty period. Alternatively, we can refer you to our service partners.
  • What if I lost my warranty?
If you prove to us that you bought the watch from us, we will be happy to write you a new warranty card.
  • Is it possible to replace the strap with another watch?
Yes, it is possible. If you are interested in a watch, but would like a strap from another model, write to us and we will arrange it.
  • Do you engrave the watch?
Yes, we provide. The watch can be engraved: on the back case, on the side of the watch case, or on the clasp of a steel bracelet. Contact us and we will arrange with you the possibilities of engraving on your chosen watch. The price of the engraving is 28,5 EUR.
  • Water resistance of 100m means that I can dive to a depth of 100 meters with the watch?
Water resistance of 100m means that the watch can withstand a pressure of 10 ATM, which corresponds to the pressure of a column of water at a depth of 100 meters. By moving the watch by hand underwater, the pressure changes in different ways. The watch marked 100m is therefore suitable for swimming and snorkeling up to about 20 meters. If you are looking for a watch that can withstand deep diving and you will not be afraid of them in the water, then we recommend a watch with a water resistance of 200m and higher. You will find them in our category Dive Watches. An example is the Citizen Promaster Diver.
  • How long does a watch last to emit light in the dark?
It depends on the technology used. For example, the Swiss SuperLuminova lasts 3-5 hours when lit, while the more common technology lasts much less. Seiko is also known for its high-quality luminescence. However, the winner is clearly the Traser brand, which uses Trigalight technology and the watch has been lit continuously for 15 years.
  • What should I do if the stopwatch hand does not return to its original position?
Occasionally, resetting the stopwatch will not return one of the hands to its original position. This is a common feature of a chronograph watch (it can happen during long tracking, weak flashlights, etc.). Instructions for setting the hands to their original position can be found here.
  • What to do when the watch is fogged?
With a sharp drop in temperature, light, short fogging is possible without the formation of water drops. In all other cases, this is a reason to seek service. The watch will be subjected to a pressure test. If they do not pass, it is a complaint. Otherwise, the fog was caused by improper use of the watch (for example, by handling the crown in water) and the repair of the watch will be consulted with the customer.
  • I found the watch cheaper elsewhere. Is it possible to get a discount?
Some brands in the Czech Republic suffer from so-called gray imports. These are watches from dubious sources, of various qualities, and without warranty (the authorized service does not accept them). These are characterized by a lower price. We do not recommend buying them, but if you come across them, send them to us and we will try to reduce your price.
  • Do you sell watches in installments?
Yes, it is possible to buy watches in installments from us. Find out more on the Installment Watch page.
  • I would like more pieces of watches, will I get a discount?
We will be happy to arrange a larger watch with you individually. You can find more on the bulk order page.
  • How do you make yourself so great?
You know, we try :) We approach sales in the way we would best imagine ourselves as a customer.
