Returning of watches ordered online

We understand that you may have purchased the watch as a gift and need more time to give it to the recipient or compare it with other watches. We offer a full 3 months (or 90 days) from the date of purchase to return or exchange your watch, so there is no need to worry about missing the standard 14-day statutory period. However, both periods have their own specific conditions:

 

Returns and exchanges within 0-14 days:

For quick processing, it is important to return unworn watches, i.e., without any signs of use.

  • In the case of watches with signs of use, we cannot refund the full price of the watch, but only the cost of restoring it to its original condition or the cost of the decrease in market value (assessed on a case-by-case basis).

Withdrawal from the contract:

  • We will refund your money (according to the conditions above).
  • Alternatively, you can exchange the watch for another model
    • If you exchange it for a more expensive watch, you can pay the difference; if you exchange it for a cheaper watch, we will refund the overpayment or issue a voucher valid for one year for the difference
  • It is also possible to have a voucher issued for the amount in question (again, according to the conditions above)

 

Returns and exchanges within an extended period of 15-90 days:

  • The main condition is that the watch must be returned unworn, i.e., without any signs of use.
  • We usually do not accept watches that show signs of wear.
    • We reserve the right to assess their condition on an individual basis and to make a final decision on whether the goods are eligible for return.
    • The return of worn goods is only possible in exceptional cases where there are minor signs of wear (e.g., slight hairline scratches on the clasp or case). In the case of more significant damage (scratches, dents), returns are not possible within this period.
    • In the case of watches showing signs of use, we cannot refund the full price, but only the price reduced by the cost of restoring the watch to its original condition or the cost of the decrease in market value (also assessed on a case-by-case basis).

Solution for withdrawal from the contract:

  • Exchange for another model (with an additional payment or refund of the overpayment in the form of a voucher).
  • Issuance of a voucher for the value of the watch, valid for 1 year.
  • Alternatively, a refund of money (under the above conditions).

 

How to exchange or return a watch

  1. You can return the watch in person at our store.

  2. It is also possible to return a watch via standard shipping. Pack the watch carefully, preferably in its original packaging, to avoid damage. Include the return form (found in the package or available as a PDF download here). We recommend insuring the shipment.

Note: The terms and conditions for returning online orders also apply to other orders placed remotely (e.g., by phone), as well as to orders placed remotely with the "pick up in store" delivery method.

 

⚠️ Returning of watches purchased in-store

Watches purchased at our store (Dukelských Hrdinů 3, Prague 7) can also be exchanged for another model upon arrangement. Alternatively, you can return the watch in exchange for a voucher equal to the purchase price, valid for one year.

  • Cash refunds are not available in this case
  • Only unworn watches without any signs of damage can be returned.
