Video tour of the watch

We want to make it easier for you to buy a watch at this time. As we all know, it is often a significant moment to buy a watch to view it in person. If for some reason this is not possible, we have prepared a new service for you – the opportunity to view through a video call.

We can only conduct a video tour of the watch with you through the 4 most used applications: WhatsApp, Skype, Facetime, or Hangouts. Just contact us what model of watch you are interested in and we will arrange a date.

How do I make a video call?

1. Write down your contacts. Contact us either by phone at +420 774 272 737 or +420 774 744 763 or by email at info@helveti.cz.
2. Choose your watch. Just tell us which watch you are interested in and we will arrange a date for the video tour. For easier agreement, it is best to have a watch reference number ready.
3. Choose an application. We conduct a video tour of the watch through the four most commonly used telephone applications: WhatsApp, Facetime, Skype, and Hangouts. The choice of application will depend only on you, whichever suits you best.
4. We're calling. We will contact you on the agreed date and the video tour can begin.

Our team shoots videos of watches for you to make them even easier to select and compare. You can find the watch videos in the detail of individual models in the video tab. See the picture below:

 

Didn't find the video of your watch?

We will be happy to record a video of the watch on request and take a complete photo of the watch. So please write us which watch you would be interested in and we will shoot, edit and upload it to our e-shop / YouTube as soon as possible.

All videos are then available on our YouTube channel.
