If your watch is not working properly, do not hesitate to contact us, or write us at complaints@helveti.eu. We will advise you whether the issue qualifies for a warranty claim.
There are two ways to process a claim:
You can bring your watch to our store in Prague and we will handle the claim for you.
You can send your watch by mail to the authorized service center. The advantage of this option is that the claim is usually processed about a week faster.

Upon request, we will provide addresses and contact details for specific brands.
Include with the watch:
– The warranty card (booklet included in the watch box)
– A letter describing the defect
– Your contact information
When sending the watch by mail, we recommend packing it carefully and insuring the parcel.
