If your watch is not working properly, do not hesitate to contact us, or write us at complaints@helveti.eu. We will advise you whether the issue qualifies for a warranty claim.

How to submit a warranty claim

There are two ways to process a claim:

  1. You can bring your watch to our store in Prague and we will handle the claim for you.

  2. You can send your watch by mail to the authorized service center. The advantage of this option is that the claim is usually processed about a week faster.

How to deliver your watch for a warranty claim

  1. You can deliver the watch in person to our store:

  2. Or you can send the watch by mail to the authorized service center.
    Again, the advantage of this option is that the claim is usually processed about a week faster.

    Address of the authorized service center:

    Upon request, we will provide addresses and contact details for specific brands.

    Include with the watch:

    – The warranty card (booklet included in the watch box)

    – A letter describing the defect

    – Your contact information

    When sending the watch by mail, we recommend packing it carefully and insuring the parcel.

  3. It is also possible to send the watch via standard shipping.
    When sending by mail, please pack the watch carefully and insure the parcel. Include the warranty claim form or a letter with the relevant information (you can download PDF here).
