Complaint

If the watch does not work as it should, do not hesitate to contact us, or write to us at complaints@helveti.eu. We will advise you whether this is a reason for a complaint (PDF form to download). The complaint itself can be handled in two ways:

  1. You can take the watch to our office in Prague and we will handle the complaint for you.
  2. Or you can send the watch by post to the address of the authorized service. The advantage of this procedure is that the complaint will be settled about a week earlier.

Authorized service address:

Upon request, you will provide you with the addresses of specific brands and their contacts.

All you have to do is enclose a warranty card (booklet enclosed in the watch box), a letter with a description of the defect and contact information. When sending the watch by post, we recommend that you pack the watch appropriately and insure the package.
