Watch return within 3 months

We understand that you can have a watch as a gift and you need a longer period to hand it over and try it out. With us, you have a full 3 months (90 days) to return or exchange the watch, so there is no need to worry about running out of the classic 14-day statutory period. The only condition is the return of the unworn watch (no signs of use).

Translated into human language - we will always give you enough time to try on the watch, even if it is a gift and the watch will lie in the closet for a while. It is not a problem to return an unworn watch even after a period of 3 months. This is how we usually deal with customers. It's all about agreement :)

How to return the watch?

1. Watches can be returned in person at our store.
2. Of course, it is also possible to return the watch by delivery. Please pack the watch carefully – it is best to pack the goods in their original packaging, so that it arrives undamaged. We recommend insuring the shipment.

Filling out the return form (PDF here) will make the return / complaint easier.

Note: Postage and packing costs are paid by the sender.

We will also exchange the watch purchased at the store (Dukelských hrdinů 3, Prague 7) for another model upon agreement. Watches purchased at the store can be returned by agreement in exchange for a voucher worth the price of the watch valid for one year.
