Engraving

Engraving is the best way to transform any watch or luxury pen into a unique piece. That’s why we’ve prepared a service that allows you to add engraved text or small graphics. With laser engraving, you can create a personalized, one-of-a-kind gift not only for your loved ones, but also as a present for business partners.

What can be engraved?

• The case back of a watch, the clasp of a metal bracelet, the side of the case, or even the crown.
• The bodies, clips, or crowns of luxury pens from our selection. We do not engrave plastic pens.

⚠️ NOTE: Since engraved products are personalized, they cannot be returned or exchanged. The standard product warranty still applies, of course.

 

How to order engraving

1. Select the product you want to have engraved.

2. On the product page (above the price, before adding it to your cart), check the “Engraving” box.

3. In the activated field, provide your engraving instructions (alternatively, you can add them in the order notes):
   
   (1) Text to be engraved
   (2) Where you want the engraving to be placed
   (3) Which font you would like us to use

4. Customers most often choose from the following fonts: Arial, Times New Roman, Monotype Corsiva, Bree, Alex Brush, Segoe Script, Sriracha, and Nunito.
   
   

⚠️ Which text to choose?

• Please keep in mind that watches are small items, so the text will also be small.
• More decorative fonts may be harder to read on such a small surface.
• The more ornate and thin the font, the less legible it may be. If readability is your priority, we recommend choosing a simpler font.
• Note: The final color of the engraving may differ from the surface finish of the watch (see images below).

If you prefer a different font, we can of course customize it according to your wishes. In addition, various motifs can also be engraved. If you already have a clear idea, feel free to describe it directly in your order.

Preview before engraving

1. We will send you a visually processed preview as soon as possible.
   
   
2. Every watch is unique, and we are always happy to advise you on what is feasible for a given model.
   
   
3. The font color in the preview is chosen primarily to clearly show the text placement. It does not represent the final engraving color. The final color depends on the material and its surface finish. In most cases, it ends up close to the color of the material itself.
   
   For watches with PVD or DLC finishes (most commonly black or gold), the engraving will also be in the material’s natural color (usually steel, i.e., silver or gray), because the PVD or DLC coating is removed during the engraving process.
   
   
4. After your approval and payment of the confirmed order, production begins, which typically takes 2–3 business days from approval, depending on current workload.
   
   
5. Once the engraving is complete, we ship it to you or prepare it for personal pickup.
