VAT Refund for Customers Outside the EU (Tax-Free Purchase)

If you are a citizen of a country outside the European Union (for example Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Moldova, USA, China), we offer you a refund of part of the VAT through the TAX Free program. You only need to fill out a short form, which is then validated by customs at the airport or another Global Blue location. The VAT will then be refunded by our partner company, Global Blue. Everything is fast, simple, and you can save up to 21 % of the watch price!

How it works:

1. Buy a watch in our store and fill out the Tax Free form (you will need your passport).

2. When leaving the EU, show the watch and the form to customs – you will get a stamp confirming the export.

3. VAT refund via Global Blue: in cash, on your card, or to your account. A small service fee is deducted from the refunded amount.

Tips:

• Keep the watch with you in your carry-on luggage.

• Fill out the form exactly as it appears in your passport.

• VAT is refunded only for goods exported outside the EU.
