5 year warranty

We provide an extended 5-year warranty on all watches purchased from us. We have the utmost confidence in our watches, which is why we have decided to extend the statutory warranty by an additional 3 years. The extended warranty is free of charge and is created automatically.

Together with watch insurance, which you also get from us free of charge, your watch is perfectly taken care of.

Note 1: We introduced a 5-year warranty on all watches purchased on this e-shop on October 25, 2018. It thus applies to new orders from this date. From December 2022, we provide a 5-year warranty for watches worth from EUR 85.

Note 2: The warranty on the battery is always the same as provided by the manufacturer (usually 1-2 years, but some only half a year).

Note 3: We do not offer an extended 5-year warranty to Garmin, Suunto and Tissot Touch Collection.

Note 4: The statutory period of 30 days for processing the repair no longer applies to the extended warranty.
