How to shop with us

We have written instructions for you on how to buy a watch from us step by step. If you need help with your order, do not hesitate to contact us.

Purchase step by step

1. Choose the watch you are interested in. You can use the filter on the left side of the e-shop to select according to your criteria. Other options are:
   
   • Searching, which is the case when you know the exact reference of the watch (for example Seiko SRP777K1),
   • or by clicking through the categories and their links. For example: Men's watches > Dress watches > and here you will be interested, for example, Tissot Le Locle Automatic T006.407.16.033.00
   
2. If you have found the right watch that meets your requirements, click on the green "Add to Cart" button. A window that summarizes your selection will appear and we will also offer you additional insurance for the watch. You have 1 year of insurance from us free of charge. Then click on the "Go to cart" button. If you have not yet completed your selection and purchase, you can select "Continue shopping". This button returns you to the watch selection. Also, note that the item has been added to the cart in the page header.
   
   TIP: If you want to see the watch first (and still more pieces), click on "Book at the store".
3. Additional services – in the shopping cart you can then request a shortening of the steel bracelet according to the size of your wrist, buy gift wrapping for watches, extend your insurance, etc...
4. In the second step of the order, you will get to the selection of Shipping and Payment. Here you choose your preferred transport, which we have for the watch for free.
5. Delivery details and you're done. In the last step, please enter the correct information needed to deliver the shipment. If you wish to deliver the watch other than to your address, check the "Billing address differs from delivery" option. After entering all the data, you can complete the order by clicking on "Complete order".
   
   TIP: You can go back and edit anything at any time during the order. You can also change the selected watch at any time.
6. You will see a summary of the entire order. Please check all the entered data carefully so that the shipment arrives at the correct place without any problems. If you find a discrepancy, you can contact us and we will be happy to help you to correct anything.
7. You have now completed the entire order and you can look at your email, where a confirmation message will arrive. If you have selected payment online, you still have to pay for the order (by card or otherwise). If you have chosen bank transfer as an option, you will find all the information you need to make a payment in this message.
8. The order is completed and you can expect a shipment with the watch in the shortest possible time. Thank you for your purchase!

Within your order, you can choose from the personal collection at our store or delivery of the watch by one of the delivery companies. More about transport options.
