Baume & Mercier was founded in 1830 in Les Bois, Switzerland, making it the 7th oldest watchmaking brand in the world. The brand was established by brothers Louis-Victor and Célestin Baume, who, true to their motto "Accept only perfection, manufacture only watches of the highest quality", created exceptional timepieces with an outstanding reputation that the brand maintains to this day.
