Baume & Mercier Riviera Tideograph 10761 Limited Edition is a men's version of the iconic sporty-chic Riviera watch, enhanced with an interesting tide indicator function. The design does not deny its predecessor, first launched in 1973. The most striking feature of the Riviera models, alongside the characteristic shape of the case, is the dial - in this case in blue with a subtle satin finish. The models from the Riviera collection are instantly recognisable thanks to the 12-sided lunette with four screws, referring to the design of the Riviera sports steel models first introduced by the brand in 1973. The Riviera Baumatic Tideograph is a limited edition limited to 500 pieces. With its design and tide function, it is clearly inspired by the seashore, the endless ocean and all water sports.

Baume & Mercier Riviera M0A10761 has a harmonious blue dial with contrasting silver hands and embossed indices at the hour positions for clarity. The watch is powered by the in-house made Baumatic BM14-1975AC3 mechanical movement with an impressive power reserve of 120 hours. The self-winding movement, with a frequency of 28,800 semi-frequencies per hour, offers a crown winding option, a stop-seconds function when setting the time (hacking) and an interesting tide indicator function in the sub-dial at the hour position. The latter can be set using the button at the 4th position.

The unmistakable dial is protected by a sapphire crystal with high scratch resistance. It is also anti-reflective, ensuring excellent legibility even in direct sunlight. Sapphire has also been used for the caseback, through which the operation of the mechanical movement can be observed.

The steel case of the watch is complemented by a blue rubber strap with a canvas pattern, finished with a butterfly clasp. The integrated strap supports the sporty touch of the watch, and it is equipped with a quick-release system, which makes it very easy to change without tools.

The Super-LumiNova luminescence on the indices and hands ensures better legibility in low-light conditions. The water resistance of this model is 100 m. The diameter of the case is 43 mm, so the watch fits perfectly on most men's wrists. The watch will please the possibility of extending the manufacturer's warranty from the classic 2 years to 8 years, simply by registering the watch on the brand's website.
