The Baume & Mercier Classima 10485 offers an elegant design and a classic look, enriched with calendar functions for day, date and month, complemented by a moon phase display and a chronograph function. The clear dial retains a very clean design even in this case. The model is a great choice when choosing an unusual elegant men's watch suitable for everyday use.

The Baume & Mercier Classima M0A10485 combines precision, craftsmanship and elegance. It has a clear blue dial with a structured centre, three sub-dials and silver embossed indices at the hour positions. The whole is suitably complemented by elegant silver leaf hands. The watch's calendar functions are striking at first glance, with a date display on the central hand and date markings around the dial, day and month displays on the discs at 12 o'clock, a moon phase display on the sub-dial at 6 o'clock and, last but not least, a stopwatch function with counters at 6 and 12 o'clock. The sub-dial at 9 o'clock is the seconds hand of the watch and the 24-hour time display.
The dial is protected by a sapphire crystal with double-sided anti-reflective coating and high scratch resistance. Sapphire has also been used for the caseback, through which the operation of the ornate mechanical movement can be observed.
The watch is powered by a self-winding Valjoux 7751 mechanical movement with a power reserve of around 48 hours. The movement, with a frequency of 28,800 semi-frequencies per hour, offers a crown winding option and a stop-seconds function when setting the time (hacking).
The watch case is complemented by a versatile and practical five-row steel bracelet, finished with a butterfly clasp.

The water resistance of this model is 50 m, so the watch can easily withstand normal contact with water, such as rain and hand washing. The diameter of the case is 42mm, making the watch a great choice for individuals with larger wrists, but it will fit well on most men's wrists. Despite the feature set, the watch reaches a comfortable case height of 13.25mm.
