The Luminox Recon Point Man 8830 Series XL.8837.SET men's sports watch is a rugged watch and the ideal partner for the field. The XL.8837.SET is constructed with a lightweight but extremely durable CARBONOX™ case and a unidirectional rotating lunette with a two-tone aluminum ring insert.
The dial is protected by a sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating and the watch is water resistant to 200 metres. It is powered by a Swiss quartz movement GMT RONDA 515.24H allows you to track two time zones simultaneously, making it ideal for international travel. The black strap made of durable rubber includes integrated map scales, a ruler, plus a detachable compass, turning the watch into a complete navigation device. This watch set comes with an additional green NATO strap for added versatility. Thanks to Luminox Light technology, the watch remains visible in all lighting conditions and its steady glow lasts up to 25 years.
With a case diameter of 46mm, it is one of the more massive watches, but still fits comfortably on the wrist. In terms of features, they offer a date display at the 3 position, walking speed and distance measurement on a map. The watch thus has very decent mechanical durability and shock resistance.
