The German Laco Aachen 39 is a limited edition watch limited to just 250 pieces. At first glance, it catches the eye with its atypical white dial and classic pilot design, which is characterised by its cleanliness and excellent clarity, making it very popular not only among watch fans.

Following the success of the larger 2023 models, Laco is also introducing a new distinctive design for its classic Augsburg Polar and Aachen Polar pilot's watches in the 39 mm version. The watches catch the eye with their shimmering metal indexes on the white treasure. The fifth limited edition in the basic collection of pilot-tuned watches takes inspiration from the freezing polar environment. The white dial, accompanied by the harmonious interplay of thermal blue hands and blue metallic glittering indices, brings the watch closer to the atmosphere of the Arctic. The bright reflections and the change in the colour of the indices from deep blue to azure depending on the incidence of light, recall the fascinating play of light between the dark polar sea and the glittering glaciers.

The steel case of the Laco Flieger Aachen 39 is complemented by a brown leather strap with contrasting light stitching and distinctive rivets. It is powered by a mechanical movement with Laco 2S self-winding movement (Miyota 82S0 base), offering a power reserve of around 42 hours, a stop-seconds function when setting the time (hacking) and the option of manual winding. Many will enjoy the possibility of observing the movement through a opened caseback with a sapphire crystal. The water resistance of this watch is 50 m (5 ATM). The diameter of the case is 39 mm, the length (lug-to-lug) is 46.5 mm, so the watch fits well on most men's wrists, but also many women's wrists.

The classic hallmarks of the Laco Aachen 39, inspired by aviation style, include the distinctive and easy-to-read hands and indices at the hour positions, and the large crown, which is easy to operate even with gloves. The perfectly clear B dial is protected by a sapphire crystal with high scratch resistance. The B-Uhr type B dial features a minute scale printed around the perimeter of the dial, with an arrow at the 12 o'clock position for quick orientation for aviators and an hour scale printed on the inner circle. Improved legibility in low light conditions is provided by the luminescence of the Superluminova C3 Blue Line, located on the hands, numerals and indices.
