The Citizen Eco-Drive Radio Controlled Moonphase BY1035-56L men's watch is perfect for lovers of accurate time, with its multi-frequency radio time control display. This model is powered by solar energy (Eco-Drive), eliminating the need to replace the battery. The versatile design makes this model especially suitable for everyday wear.
The case of the Citizen BY1035-56L is made of stainless steel with PVD finish, as is its bracelet. Inside this case works the Citizen H874 movement, which offers absolutely accurate time thanks to the Radio-Controlled system, i.e. synchronization of time using a radio signal. Other features can be relied on, such as battery indication, preventing overcharging, warning when the battery is undercharged with two-second jumps of the second hand, or going into power saving mode. You can also use the moon phase indicator function at the six o'clock position, which is corrected automatically. It is also possible to switch the moon phase indicator depending on whether you are in the southern or northern hemisphere. There is also a 24-hour sub-dial at the 9 o'clock position. Very handy is the date and day of the week display.
This model is powered by Eco-Drive technology, a light-charged battery with a power reserve of up to 6 months (30 months, or 2.5 years in power saving mode). This eliminates the need to replace the battery. The water resistance ofthis watch is 100 m, so it can easily cope with contact with water, such as swimming or minor immersion. The dial is protected by a sapphire crystal, which provides maximum protection against scratches.
Citizen watches are guaranteed for 7 years.
