The Alexander Shorokhoff Home AS.KD02-HOME watch is a unique project created in collaboration with watch blogger and content creator Florian Bach, also known as 'flomp89'. Alexander Shorokhov's daughter, Inga Duffy-Shorokhova, who was instrumental in the watch's design, also contributed to the creation of this exceptional model. This is Inga's first opportunity to let her creativity run free and will undoubtedly pique the interest of watch enthusiasts. For this reason alone, this creative watch sets another milestone in the history of Alexander Shorokhoff Manufacture.

The historical background and inspiration for the Home AS.KD02-HOME are drawn from the architectural works of Hundertwasser. Hundertwasser was an Austrian artist and architect known for his unique, vibrant works and his preference for organic shapes. He championed environmentalism and individualism, creating distinctive buildings and works of art around the world. Florian Bach was deeply influenced by this artist, and felt a special connection to him from childhood. The Home model AS.KD02-HOME embodies exactly this slightly eccentric and artistic theme of architecture, all in the style of Alexander Shorokhoff. The colourful, geometric shapes have been implemented very individually but harmoniously as "home" applications.

Surrounded by black guilloche patterns at the top and black guilloche patterns at the bottom of the dial, the eye is drawn exclusively to the coloured houses in the centre of the dial, which have been meticulously created in cold enamel and mother-of-pearl. The small blue star appliqué at 10 o'clock and the arrow appliqué at 1 o'clock evoke the starry sky above the roof of the Dom. The rose gold-plated hour and minute hands match the colour of the other hour markers. The seconds hand glows a bright light blue.

The rectangular stainless steel case, coated in black PVD and with side cut-outs with orange, blue and yellow enamel, embodies modernity and complements the creative design of the dial. Equally unusual is the dial, which has four small round glass windows made in three different avant-garde colours - red, yellow and blue. With its dimensions of 41 x 41 millimetres, it fits easily on almost any wrist.

At the heart of the Alexander Shorokhoff Home AS.KD02-HOME is the Swiss ETA 2892 automatic movement with a hand-engraved and decorated rotor, blue-toned screws and 21 jewels. It boasts a power reserve of approximately 47 hours. The extra-soft two-tone calfskin strap with engraved stainless steel fixed buckle further emphasises the creative direction of the model.

To emphasise environmental protection, as the artist Hundertwasser did in his time when he greened the roofs of his buildings such as the "Waldspirale" in Darmstadt, the birthplace of Florian Bach, a tree will be planted for every model sold created by the Florian Bach Alexander Shorokhov collaboration. As proof, the owner of the watch will receive a certificate.

With a limited quantity of only 10 pieces, this watch is undoubtedly another captivating collector's piece for all watch enthusiasts.
