NATO cataloguing means that all items introduced into the equipment of NATO member states are assigned an official cataloguing number, the so-called National Stock Number (NSN). The P6504 Black Storm Pro has been assigned NSN 6645-99-274-4459 This model caught the attention of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland's Ministry of Defence, so much so that in 2008 it was officially introduced into the equipment of some special forces, such as airborne troops and the Royal Marines. Another official military user of the P6504 watch is the Royal Norwegian Armed Forces. The model P 6504 Black Storm Pro from the special tactical edition is a special military dial, red seconds hand with illumination and engraving on the dial. The PVD-treated steel case, sapphire crystal and unique trigalight permanent illumination technology make it a favourite among the ranks of the armed forces.
