The limited edition Helveti H02 is a loose continuation of the successful Helveti H01, which was modelled after the B-Uhr Baumuster B. However, we had a very strong part of the team at Helveti, which was already leaning towards the A-muster dial with the first one. Likewise, we have many customers who prefer this type of dial.
So to satisfy both dial camps, we started working on a second version of the Helveti limited edition. The second basic requirement was to make the case in bronze (as with the H01). We approached several suppliers until we settled on the German watchmaker Junkers. The manufacturer has thus started to produce bronze cases in response to our request, and it is quite possible that they will eventually introduce this case variant into their range as well.
The H02 dial is associated with our 13th year of operation, which for us was marked by savings, increasing efficiency and therefore the closure of one of our stores. Something ends and something begins. You can find Helveti only in Holešovice, where we have a much larger and more representative space for watches.
Therefore, despite all its negative aura, 13 ended up being a lucky number for us. It is also the first digit that is missing on the dial - it is a great symbol of stepping into the unknown, which perhaps everyone sometimes fears. The old can repeat itself in the new cycle - and like the dial, run again from 1 to 12. But we are in favour of a different approach - to learn from what you have experienced and boldly go for your dreams, even though the great unknown lies ahead. We have marked that "unknown 13" on the H02 dial to motivate you to achieve your own goals. With the H02 watch, when you look at the dial and think "What time is it", you can answer "Time to step out on your own".
The result of our joint efforts is the Helveti H02 aviation watch, modeled after the B-Uhr A-Muster. It is fitted with a Japanese-made Seiko NH35 automatic movement with 24 jewels, runs at a frequency of 21,600 semi-frequencies per hour, has a hacking function (stopping the seconds hand when the crown is pulled out), a power reserve of 41 hours and a bidirectional winding.
The movement is set in a bronze case (CuSn8 bronze). This is typical of its patination over time. However, the patina can be cleaned, so you can keep the watch in like-new condition. It will be interesting to see how the CuSn8 bronze behaves compared to the CuSn6 that was used on the first version of the H01. CuSn8 is stronger and more durable, contains more tin and is used by manufacturers like Panerai, Tudor and others. I can promise you that I will be tracking the differences over time as these 2 materials patina.
The case is 42mm (46.5mm with crown), 12.5mm high and the Lug-to-lug dimension is 48mm. So the watch should fit on most wrists. The weight is 84g, making it one of the lighter watches.
The black dial has yellow indices and the indices are red in the 1st-13th minute section. The dial is covered by a sapphire crystal with anti-reflective treatment. At night you will appreciate the very strong luminescence of the Super Luminova C3. The watch is not equipped with a date window, which does not disturb anyone and the dial gives a clean impression.
The underside of the watch is closed with a steel dial with information about the watch (limited edition number, water resistance, glass material, manufacturer, country of origin and our logo).
Thewater resistance of the watch is sufficient 200m for swimming or light diving. Increased water resistance is ensured, among other things, by the screw-down crown, which is signed with our simplified logo. In the case of water fun, we recommend that you "change" the watch to a NATO or silicone strap, as the leather would suffer unnecessarily in the water.
The strap is leather, hand-stitched and fitted with a bronze buckle which is held in place by a mast. Our logo is also placed just above the buckle shank. The width of the strap is 22 mm. A spare strap in black is also included. The final version of the strap will be fitted with speedwatches.

To make the project even more fun, we packed the watch in a practical leather travel case (made in the Czech Republic) that can be used to carry up to 3 watches. The case also contains a spare strap (black leather), a weight extractor and an aviation keyring with the inscription "Remove before flight".
The last little detail for our customers is a model of a Junkers aircraft, which illustrates the whole puzzle. A pilot's watch, Junkers branding and a model of a WW2 aircraft to go with it.

As with the previous limited edition, the watches have a high sentimental value for us, with the watches referencing our company's 13 years in the watch business. It will thus serve as a keepsake for several colleagues and subsequently for you, our loyal customers. We wanted to create a watch that we ourselves would love to wear, with an emphasis on affordability / price matching.

The advantage of pre-orders is a better price by 1000 CZK. You can get the H02 watch for 18990 CZK (VIP customers even cheaper). By the time we receive all the manufactured pieces from the manufacturer, the price of the watch will be 19990 CZK.
Junkers has promised us delivery of the watches at the end of March 2024. We will of course keep you updated on the progress.
Yes, we have 2 prototypes with the first version of the dial. You can try them on in our shop, see them and possibly criticize why we didn't go this way :) We are currently waiting for the delivery of the final version of the watch with the new dial.
