The Casio Edifice EQB-1000HRS-1AER is the latest model from the Limited Edition F1 Honda Racing for 2019, a fusion of the watchmaking and motorsport worlds, its design combines dynamism, passion for speed and passion for racing. The Casio Edifice EQB-1000HRS-1AER is characterised by three features that you will appreciate in sport and everyday wear, solar-powered, a carbon dial and the ability to connect to your phone via Bluetooth.
Casio Edifice EQB-1000HRS-1AER is a watch born out of a partnership between Casio and the F1 Honda Racing team. The association with the Honda Racing team is referenced by the logo on the dial and bezel. The colours used - black and red - symbolise the moment when a spark ignites the fuel inside the engine cylinder.
The Casio Edifice EQB 1000HRS-1A catches the eye with its dynamic look and sophisticated carbon dial, which has hour positions set with plastic indices. The model emphasizes good clarity and ease of use for the possibility of making full use of all the functions offered by the watch. Among the most important is the ability to synchronize the watch with a smartphone via Bluetooth technology. The connection, in conjunction with the use of the corresponding app, allows you to be in control of the current and accurate time at all times, offering the possibility of easily setting the dual time by selecting one of the predefined 300 cities. Other useful features include a Phone finder - when you press the watch button, your phone will beep, making it easier to find.
The red dial of the Casio Edifice EQB-1000HRS-1AER features easy-to-read and staggered indicators that make it easy to find your way around - indicating, for example, your phone's Bluetooth connection, alarm status, data related to the currently selected mode, etc. The sub-dial at the 6 o'clock position is a day display in basic mode, the sub-dial at 9 o'clock is a dual time display and the last sub-dial, located at 12 o'clock, is a 24-hour display of home time and is used for day/night indication.
The watch features a date display, day of the week and world time display, as well as a stopwatch function with 1/1000th of a second accuracy and the ability to compare measured laps. The steel case with black PVD finish is complemented by a red strap combining textile and leather. New technologies have made it possible to create a model with an ultrathin case with a height of 8.9 mm. The watch face is equipped with distinctive indices placed at the hour position, the hands are equipped with luminescence, ensuring better legibility in low light conditions, protected by a sapphire glass with anti-reflective layer. The water resistance of this model is 100 m - so you can swim with the watch without any worries. The watch is equipped with a solar power supply, in which the watch battery, with a longer lifetime than a conventional battery, is recharged by light.
