The Bulova Precisionist Champlain Chronograph 98B343 men's watch with a high-precision battery movement, a PVD case finish and a host of useful functions will be popular especially with lovers of larger watches.
The PVD-painted steel case houses a high-performance UHF (Ultra High Frequency) quartz movement operating at 262 kHz. This is roughly 8 times higher than conventional quartz movements (32768 Hz). This makes it possible to achieve extreme running accuracy with a deviation of approximately 10s per year!
Among the other functions, we cannot forget the stopwatch with an accuracy of 1/1000th of a second and the smooth running of the second hand. The stopwatch measures time up to 12 hours. Another useful feature is the tachymeter for measuring speed.
The dial, with its carbon structure, is accentuated by orange elements and protected by a convex mineral crystal. On the wrist, the watch is held by a PVD-finished steel movement with a safety clasp. Water resistance of 300 m ensures almost unlimited contact with water.
