The Bulova Precisionist 98B402 Marc Anthony Series X Limited Edition isa limited edition model created in collaboration with Marc Anthony, one of the most influential musical artists of all time. The watch combines the beauty of Bulova's fine watchmaking with Marc Anthony's artistic vision and shared love of music in an exclusive timepiece.
The limited edition of 531 pieces reveals the collaboration with the artist on the case, which bears his signature at the bottom, by highlighting the indices at the 1. 3 and 5 o'clock positions, numbers that have personal significance for Marc. The case is adorned with a unique glass insert with the quote "For those who know", Marc Anthony's signature and limited edition numbers.
The PVD-finished steel case is adorned with an 18k rose gold lunette insert. The model is powered by an Ultra High Frequency (UHF) battery-powered movement operating at 262 kHz. This is roughly 8 times higher than that of conventional quartz movements (32768 Hz). This makes it possible to achieve extreme precision operation. Another interesting feature is the smooth operation of the seconds hand, despite the fact that it is a quartz movement. At the traditional position 3 we also find the date display. An interesting feature is the partial view that reveals a glimpse below the dial of the date disc.
Among the other functions, we can't forget the stopwatch with 1/1000th of a second precision and the smooth running seconds hand. The stopwatch measures up to 12 hours of time.
The dial is protected by a curved sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating. So you don't have to worry about scratching it and thanks to the anti-reflective layer you can rely on excellent legibility even in bright sunlight. The case of the watch is complemented by a high-quality black strap with a crocodile pattern, finished with a folding clasp, whose orange bottom part perfectly matches the same colour elements on the dial. The 50 m water resistance of the watch is sufficient for washing hands, rain.
The limited edition numbers only 531 pieces for the whole world, dealers in the Czech Republic will have only units.
