The Alpina Startimer Pilot Quartz AL-240N4S6 watch is a wonderful piece for aviation watch enthusiasts. Its features and design make it suitable not only for pilots' wrists, but also for everyday wear.
The case, made of stainless steel, houses the Swiss AL-240 battery-powered movement (based on the Ronda 515), which has a date display function at the traditional third hour position. The clear dial, rendered in typical aviation style, is protected by a sapphire crystal that is highly resistant to scratches.
The AL-240N4S6 model comes with a practical nylon strap and thanks to its 42 mm bezel diameter, it fits perfectly on any man's hand. The water resistance of this watch is 100m, so it can easily handle swimming, for example.
