The Laco Edition 100 is the final model of the Mission 2025 project, which celebrates 100 years of the Laco brand. It builds on the five previous limited editions and commemorates the rich heritage of a brand that has made its mark on the history of German watchmaking. The edition is limited to just 100 numbered pieces.

The design of the limited edition is based on the historic model from the 1950s and is therefore characterised by clean lines, balanced proportions and an elegant appearance. Typical elements of the period such as the thin rim around the glass, the balanced typography and the two-tone dial design are also present. The result is a model that naturally combines the aesthetics of the 1950s with the requirements of today.

The watchdial combines a matte black centre with a champagne-coloured outer ring. The overall impression is emphasised by the applied gold numerals and indices at the hour positions, along with the distinctive hands. The dial and thus the size of the watch are visually increased by the use of a case with a very thin lunette.

The 38 mm diameter case is made of steel with a gold IP surface finish to achieve just the right retro impression. The dial is protected by a double-arched sapphire crystal with internal anti-reflective coating and pronounced curved sides(box shape). This shape was commonly used in the 1950s and has been abandoned for modern watches due to the technical difficulties of production. For better legibility in the dark, the watch is equipped with luminescence on the hands and hour points.
The case is complemented by a black strap made of high-quality Shell Cordovan leather, finished with a marked thorn buckle. This fine horsehide leather is particularly durable and is mainly used for the production of high-quality men's shoes and leather accessories.

The watch is powered by a Laco 300 low mechanical self-winding movement (based on the Sellita SW300-1) with a power reserve of around 56 hours. With a running frequency of 28,800 semi-frequencies per hour, the movement naturally features a stop-seconds hand for precise time setting. The water resistance of the watch is a sufficient 50 m for everyday use.

The model delights with a specially marked full dial featuring the revived sun motif, a traditional emblem of Laco watches from the 1950s and 1960s. There is, of course, no shortage of individual numbering. In addition, the watch comes in special packaging with a certificate and collector's badge.
