The Laco x Circula ProLab Editions are the result of a collaboration between two brands from Pforzheim to celebrate their milestone anniversaries this year: 100 years of Laco and 70 years of Circula. Pforzheim is one of the centres of German watchmaking and jewellery and the ProLab project links the values shared by both manufactures. Emphasis on functionality, technical precision, durability and honest workmanship. The result is a set of 2 watches that honours the heritage of German watchmaking, but at the same time reflects the demands of watchmaking today.

The ProLab set consists of a pair of co-developed watches that have been designed from the outset to function as a single unit. Each model is based on the design language of one of the brands, while adopting elements typical of the other manufacturer. The result is two distinct but complementary interpretations of modern instrument watches.

The first model builds on the Laco PRO series case and comes with a sand-coloured dial and a technical-looking case. The emphasis is on legibility, functionality and durability, values that naturally refer to the outdoor spirit of the Circula PROTrail models.
The second watch, on the other hand, uses the case of the Circula ProTrail model and combines it with a black dial inspired by the pilot's B watch, thus paying homage to the design language and pilot's character of the Laco Flieger PRO.

The two models are linked by a number of symbolic details. On the caseback, we find a map of Pforzheim with two golden dots marking its historical home. The inscription "Made in Pforzheim" on the dial and the bezel emphasises their common origin. The set is complemented by a coin with a limited edition number, which links the two models into one coherent collector's item.

The edition is limited to 170 complete sets, referring to the sum of the anniversaries of the Laco and Circula brands. The models are supplied in a special aluminium box.
