The elegant men's Alexander Shorokhoff Peter Tchaikovsky AS.PT3 watch belongs to the Heritage model series . Peter Ilyich Tchaikovsky was a master of elegance, which was reflected not only in his appearance, but above all in his music, which is beautiful, inimitable and above all immortal. The same can be said of the watches designed by Alexander Shorokhov.
The case of the Peter Tchaikovsky AS.PT3 is made of stainless steel. The case is double and can be folded out using the push button at the 2 position. Inside it is a mechanical movement P2612.AS with manual winding and an alarm. The small red hand belongs to the alarm. The individual parts are hand engraved and machined. It is set with 18 jewels and the power reserve is 38 hours. The silver guilloche dial is protected by a sapphire crystal.
The idea behind the tone of the alarm was to be subtle and unobtrusive, requiring master watchmakers to emulate the Swiss calibre AS 1930. Thanks to the spring surrounding the movement, the alarm tone now sounds much fuller. Compared to previous versions, the innovation has made it possible to equip this unique watch with a glass escapement through which the refined movement is visible in all its glory.
The master watchmakers and engravers at Alexander Shorokhoff have also done a superb job in refining the watch. The watch has been imaginatively engraved and valuably refined by highly skilled engravers. Traditional floral engraved bridge motifs, as well as guilloche gears, create a nostalgic feeling and a longing for the good old days. After engraving and polishing, all the bridges are gold or rhodium plated and the screws are blued, giving it a particularly attractive appearance. Piece by piece, this creates a stunning work of art.
The water resistance of this model is set at 3 ATM, so the watch can come into contact with splashing water, for example, when washing hands or in the rain. The watch is completed with a leather alligator strap.
The manufacturer reserves the right to change the colour of the strap. The straps are hand-stitched and it may happen that the leather of a given colour is no longer available.

Alexander Shorokhoff is a German company producing mechanical watches with a highly artistic design. The founder of the brand is Mr. Alexander Shorokhov, who was sent to Germany in 1991 as one of the best managers to further his education in his field. Within one year, he established a trading company for the most important Russian watch brand Poljot here with the aim of enabling the commercialization of this brand in all European countries. In 1994, he started his own business with his first own watch brand, Poljot-International.
However, in order to fulfill his great ambition to produce high-quality watches independently, in 2003 he founded the watch company Alexander Shorokhoff under his own name, based in the town of Alzenau in the heart of Bavaria. The two letters "f" at the end of the company's name are a reference to its Russian roots and the historical background of the brand.
Alexander Shorokhov is a world citizen. He travels the world and draws inspiration from the many countries and cultures he visits. But it draws the most from its roots, which stem from a rich and thousand-year artistic and cultural history. These aspects combined with German precision lead to an unusual individual watch design, combined with great commitment, excellent quality and the highest possible precision.
The brand will present itself to us in three main model lines: Avantgarde, Heritage and Vintage.
