The elegant men's Alexander Shorokhoff Straight & Curve AS.V7-SC1 watch belongs to the Vintage series. Alexander Shorokhov goes his own way in the field of watch design, combining two opposites at once. Because he believes "The straight line is brilliant, but the curve is divine!". Opposites, yet mutually enriching.
The Straight & Curve AS.V7-SC1 combines straight lines with curves in a harmonious look. The curved line patterns zigzag to match the shape of the dial in the upper right, while the straight lines find their place to the left of the "Alexander Shorokhoff" inscription. They exude a certain contradictory harmony, and this is what makes the watch so special.
The avant-garde dial is complemented by the Arabic numerals 3 and 9, which take on the vintage style of the 1960s/70s. Together with the gold-plated hands and the large numeral 60, the dial offers very good time legibility. All protected by a sapphire crystal with anti-reflective treatment.
The case of the Straight & Curve AS.V7-SC1 is made of stainless steel. Inside is the automatic movement Poljot 2616.2H, which was first introduced in 1972. It features a practical date display. The movement has been completely disassembled, engraved, re-oiled, reassembled, adjusted and certified by Alexander Shorokhoff Manufacture. A view of the mechanical beauty of this movement can be enjoyed thanks to the transparent sapphire crystal dial.
The water resistance of this model is set at 5 ATM, so the watch can come into contact with splashing water, for example, when washing hands or taking a shower. The case diameter of 39.5 mm refers to the 1960s, so the watch fits perfectly on most men's wrists. It is complemented by an alligator leather strap.
The watch was produced in a limited edition of 30 pieces.
The manufacturer reserves the right to change the colour of the strap. The straps are hand-stitched and it may happen that the leather of a given colour is no longer available.

Alexander Shorokhoff is a German company producing mechanical watches with a highly artistic design. The founder of the brand is Mr. Alexander Shorokhov, who was sent to Germany in 1991 as one of the best managers to further his education in his field. Within one year, he established a trading company for the most important Russian watch brand Poljot here with the aim of enabling the commercialization of this brand in all European countries. In 1994, he started his own business with his first own watch brand, Poljot-International.
However, in order to fulfill his great ambition to produce high-quality watches independently, in 2003 he founded the watch company Alexander Shorokhoff under his own name, based in the town of Alzenau in the heart of Bavaria. The two letters "f" at the end of the company's name are a reference to its Russian roots and the historical background of the brand.
Alexander Shorokhov is a world citizen. He travels the world and draws inspiration from the many countries and cultures he visits. But it draws the most from its roots, which stem from a rich and thousand-year artistic and cultural history. These aspects combined with German precision lead to an unusual individual watch design, combined with great commitment, excellent quality and the highest possible precision.
The brand will present itself to us in three main model lines: Avantgarde, Heritage and Vintage.
