The case of the Blue Sapphire AS.C01-7 is made of stainless steel. Inside is a mechanical movement with manual winding 3133.AS chronograph. The individual parts are hand-finished and engraved. The movement is set with 23 ruby stones and the power reserve is 42 hours (36 hours with the chronograph running). Its operation can be observed thanks to the transparent sapphire crystal dial. A handy date display is located at the 6 position. All protected by a sapphire crystal.
The dial is dominated by the large numerals 20, 40 and 60, as well as two "eyes" - side sub-dials serving as a stopwatch minute counter and seconds indicator. The decoration of this model is a specially treated sapphire crystal, which appears bluish at first glance. But in fact, it is not just blue. Thanks to a special coating, the sapphire crystal creates an unusual play of colours. From different angles, it appears greenish, red or blue, depending on how you hold the watch.
The water resistance of this model is set at 5 ATM, so the watch can come into contact with splashing water, for example, when washing your hands or taking a shower. The watch comes with a calfskin leather strap.
The manufacturer reserves the right to change the colour of the strap. The straps are hand-stitched and it may happen that the leather of a given colour is no longer available.

Alexander Shorokhoff is a German company producing mechanical watches with a highly artistic design. The founder of the brand is Mr. Alexander Shorokhov, who was sent to Germany in 1991 as one of the best managers to further his education in his field. Within one year, he established a trading company for the most important Russian watch brand Poljot here with the aim of enabling the commercialization of this brand in all European countries. In 1994, he started his own business with his first own watch brand, Poljot-International.
However, in order to fulfill his great ambition to produce high-quality watches independently, in 2003 he founded the watch company Alexander Shorokhoff under his own name, based in the town of Alzenau in the heart of Bavaria. The two letters "f" at the end of the company's name are a reference to its Russian roots and the historical background of the brand.
Alexander Shorokhov is a world citizen. He travels the world and draws inspiration from the many countries and cultures he visits. But it draws the most from its roots, which stem from a rich and thousand-year artistic and cultural history. These aspects combined with German precision lead to an unusual individual watch design, combined with great commitment, excellent quality and the highest possible precision.
