The new Four Seasons model is an exceptional creation from watchmaker Alexander Shorokhoff, which was first presented at the WatchTime trade fair in Düsseldorf from 27 October to 29 October 2023.
A special dial has been developed for the Alexander Shorokhoff Four Seasons AS.APV-4S , which sets it apart from all other dials in the Alexander Shorokhoff collection. The intention was to bring the dial as close as possible to the front sapphire crystal. It therefore measures 2.4 mm in height, instead of the usual 0.4 mm. Due to the narrow space between the dial and the front glass, there was only room for the seconds hand. In order to integrate the hour and minute hands, the centre of the dial has been lowered in the form of a round recess. This allows the blue hour and minute hands to have enough space to circulate.
The Four Seasons AS.APV-4S watch measures 36 mm x 36 mm and has a mother-of-pearl dial finished in four colours. The dial design is avant-garde, with each colour symbolizing the seasons and representing a corresponding decorative design interpreted by designer Alexander Shorokhov. The green iridescent pearl represents spring and the awakening of nature. The lighter pearlescent area with circles symbolizes summer with an avant-garde depiction of flowers. The dark blue pearl represents winter and the orange represents autumn, symbolizing the change of nature.
To give more emotion to the dial, the hour markers are designed in different designs. For example, there are two diamonds at the 7 and 10 o'clock positions, numbers at the 4 and 11 o'clock positions and a star at the 1 o'clock position. The case is made of stainless steel with two sapphire crystals. The central part is brushed and the lunette and back are polished. In addition, a hand-engraved ring is integrated on the back. The watch is water resistant to 3 ATM.
Inside the watch ticks the automatic calibre 2000-1 ETA with a hand-engraved and decorated rotor, blued screws, 20 jewels and a power reserve of approximately 40 hours.
The distinctive light green ostrich leather strap, perfectly matching the colour of the dial, gives this model an aesthetic touch of the highest level. With a limited edition of just 30 pieces and an excellent price-performance ratio, this innovative model is a must-have for any watch enthusiast.
The manufacturer reserves the right to change the strap colour. The straps are hand-stitched and it may happen that the leather of a given colour is no longer available.

Alexander Shorokhoff is a German company producing mechanical watches with a highly artistic design. The founder of the brand is Mr. Alexander Shorokhov, who was sent to Germany in 1991 as one of the best managers to further his education in his field. Within one year, he established a trading company for the most important Russian watch brand Poljot here with the aim of enabling the commercialization of this brand in all European countries. In 1994, he started his own business with his first own watch brand, Poljot-International.
However, in order to fulfill his great ambition to produce high-quality watches independently, in 2003 he founded the watch company Alexander Shorokhoff under his own name, based in the town of Alzenau in the heart of Bavaria. The two letters "f" at the end of the company's name are a reference to its Russian roots and the historical background of the brand.
Alexander Shorokhov is a world citizen. He travels the world and draws inspiration from the many countries and cultures he visits. But it draws the most from its roots, which stem from a rich and thousand-year artistic and cultural history. These aspects combined with German precision lead to an unusual individual watch design, combined with great commitment, excellent quality and the highest possible precision.
The brand will present itself to us in three main model lines: Avantgarde, Heritage and Vintage.
