Swiss Victorinox watch from the Concept One Solar model series with the marking 242053. The first Victorinox watch with solar power. Other features include a steel case with polished hexagonal inner part, sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating.
The watch is powered by a Ronda 215 movement with a power reserve to run for up to eight months in total darkness. A quick-start function ensures that just one minute of sunlight is enough to set a fully discharged watch in motion. The lifetime of the solar cell is then around 8 years, which can then simply be replaced and the watch will continue to function.
The hands and indices are covered with a luminescent SuperLuminova layer. The strap is made of durable rubber with a fold-over clasp and safety lock. Water resistance is 100 meters, so the watch can withstand swimming and lighter diving.
