The Tissot PRX Powermatic 80 T137.407.11.041.00 men's watch belongs to the T-Classic series. The watch impresses at first glance with its unusual judgemental case shape and bracelet connection.

Model Tissot T1374071104100 is powered by an automatic movement Powermatic 80.111, which boasts up to 80 hours of power reserve, which is twice as high as is common for automatic movements in this price range. It is set with 23 jewels and its 21,600 semi-frequencies per hour can be observed through a transparent dial. The movement is "built" on the basis of the ETA 2824 variant. The flywheel of this movement is made of Nivachron alloy, which is more resistant to magnetic fields and temperature changes and results in better accuracy. In addition to the time function, it also features a date display. This can be found at the 3 o'clock index. The hour and minute hands, as well as the indices, are coated with a luminescent coating for better time reading in twilight or darkness.

The case and bracelet of the watch are made of stainless steel. The simple and clear blue dial is protected by sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating, which is highly scratch resistant. Thanks to the water resistance to 100 metres (10 ATM) , there is no need to remove the watch from your hand even when swimming or snorkelling. It will be a great partner not only for everyday wear, but also for sports in the water and on land.

In the PRX model, Tissot has resurrected a design from the 1970s. It references the pioneering work of watch designer Gérald Genta. Genta was responsible for icons such as the Universal Geneve Polerouter, the Audemars Piguet "Royal Oak", the IWC Ingenieur and the Patek Philippe "Nautilus". The PRX designation itself stands for "P" for Precise, "R" for Robust and "X" for the Roman numeral ten and a water resistance of 10 bar.
