The Swiss Oris ProPilot GMT 01 798 7773 4268-07 3 20 14GLC impresses with its attractive pilot style and excellent workmanship. This model will serve you excellently not only in the clouds, but also in everyday wear.
The case of the Oris ProPilot GMT 0179877734268-0732014GLC is made of stainless steel with PVD finish and is complemented by a nylon-leather strap. Inside, the Oris 798 Swiss mechanical movement (based on the Sellita SW330-1) with automatic winding works reliably. This movement has 31 stone settings inside and operates at a frequency of 28,800 semi-frequencies per hour (4 Hz). There is a GMT function - a second time zone indicator in the form of a fourth hand. In this case, it is the so-called "office GMT", where the GMT hand can be corrected in hourly jumps in the first position of the crown. The operation of the movement can be observed thanks to the transparent mineral glass dial. At position 3 there is a handy date indicator.
The watch has a bi-directionally rotating lunette, which serves as a heart rate monitor and can therefore be used to determine the heart rate. In this case, the heart rate monitor is calibrated to 30 beats, meaning that after counting 30 beats, the scale can read the heart rate in beats per minute.
The perfectly clear dial is protected by an arched sapphire crystal that is maximally scratch-resistant. The internal anti-reflective coating ensures legibility in bright light. In darkness and low light conditions, the luminescence of Superluminova on the hands and indexes is useful. The water resistance of this watch is 100 m ( 10 ATM), so it can handle contact with water, such as swimming. The water resistance is supported by a screw-down crown.

The Oris brand was founded in 1904 by Paul Cattin and Georges Christian in the Swiss town of Hölstein, where he is based today.
