Inside, the Oris 798 Swiss mechanical movement (based on the Sellita SW330-1) with automatic winding works reliably. This movement has 31 stone settings inside and operates at a frequency of 28,800 semi-frequencies per hour (4 Hz). There is a GMT function - a second time zone indicator in the form of a fourth hand. In this case, it is the so-called "office GMT", where the GMT hand can be corrected in hourly jumps in the first position of the crown. The operation of the movement can be observed thanks to the transparent mineral glass dial. At position 3 there is a handy date indicator.

The watch has a bi-directionally rotating lunette, which serves as a heart rate monitor and can therefore be used to determine the heart rate.
