Orient Star RE-BT0006L M45 F7 Classic Moon Phase watch offers an unusual but clean dial and elegant design that makes it a suitable accessory for a shirt or jacket.

The latest version of the Orient Star Classic Moon Phase is based on the original design from 2017, when the brand launched its first mechanical watch with a moonphase function as part of the Classic collection. The design retains the classic Roman numerals at the hour positions and the Orient Star logo forming the centre of the dial, which is only visible depending on the angle of light.
The moon phase display has been significantly redesigned. The background to the luminous moon and stars is now a dark blue night sky, where the stars appear sharper and brighter.
This new, carefully crafted design boasts the superb quality and meticulous craftsmanship that is synonymous with ORIENT STAR.

The watch stands out for its level of craftsmanship, unmistakable design, lines and details of the case, bracelet and dial. The case of the Orient RE-BT0006L00B is made of stainless steel. Inside, we find the Orient F7M42 mechanical movement with automatic winding and a power reserve of 50 hours. This movement also features a stopping of the seconds hand when setting the time (hacking) and an interesting complication is the winding reserve indicator at the 12 o'clock position. Many will be pleased to see the movement's flywheel at the 9 o'clock position, the so-called "open heart", and the date display with the moon phase displayed in the sub-dial at the 6 o'clock position. The movement, operating at a frequency of 21,600 semi-rhythms/hour, can be observed thanks to the transparent caseback. The casebackis protected by a sapphire crystal.

The unusual blue dial, with the OS logo embossed in its centre, stands out for its clarity and is protected by a sapphire crystal with an anti-reflective coating. Apart from the special dial with the embossed logo, the details in the form of the fine silver leaf hands, the signed crown, or the case and bracelet workmanship and the transitions of the polished and brushed surfaces are also pleasing. The water resistance of this model is 50 m, so the watch can easily withstand normal contact with water, such as rain or, exceptionally, a shower. The case is complemented by a five-link steel bracelet, finished with a butterfly clasp. The 41 mm case diameter makes the watch suitable for most men's wrists.

The watch also comes with a smooth black leather strap made of high quality Cordovan leather. This fine horsehide is particularly durable and its special feature is its fine sheen.
