The case of the MondaineMSN.42140.RD is made of stainless steel, and the watch stays securely on your wrist thanks to a high-quality blue silicone strap with a silver pin buckle.
The clear blue dial is protected bya sapphire crystal. A sapphire crystal is a major advantage in watches, as it is virtually scratch-resistant. An anti-reflective coating ensures excellent readability even in bright sunlight.
The hour and minute hands are coated on the underside with a Superluminova luminescent layer, which ensures longer glow and better readability even in low-light conditions. The red second hand is an unmistakable symbol of the Mondaine brand.
With a case diameter of 42 mm, this model falls into the medium-sized men’s watch category. The watch is water-resistant to 100 m (10 ATM), so it can handle even more extensive contact with water, such as swimming.
