Discover a watch that's more than just a timepiece - it's an artistic expression of modernist design. The Mondaine Doppio Bauhaus Inspired MLE.33112.SM extends the brand's iconic portfolio with a line that explores the fascinating relationship between colour, geometry and time. This 33mm model embodies the perfect balance between Swiss heritage and modern expressive minimalism.
The watch dial is inspired by Bauhaus colour theory. Its structure, in a circular composition, subtly changes the tones of the indices to reflect the interaction of the primary colours. For the first time ever, the "Doppio" (Italian for "double") label appears on the dial, referring to the collection's unique visual identity:
Double Lines: the hour and minute hands are formed by two parallel lines that seamlessly follow the indices, ensuring perfect legibility and architectural depth.
Concave dial: the curved shape of the dial combined with the double-arched sapphire crystal gives the watch a three-dimensional character.
Iconic detail: the iconic red Mondaine seconds hand brings rhythm and movement to the disciplined design.
While the graphic elements on the dial are strictly geometric, the steel case itself has an organically rounded shape that ensures a very comfortable wearing experience. The watch stays on the wrist thanks to the Milanese-style steel bracelet with a sliding snap clasp, allowing you to adjust the size of the bracelet at home.
On the dial (back) of the watch you will find engraved symbols of a circle, square and triangle - the basic building blocks of Bauhaus, which connect the design story of the whole model.
Mondaine Doppio Bauhaus Inspired - a fusion of Swiss precision, emotional depth and timeless style.
The water resistance of the model is 50 m, the watch can handle normal moisture, hand washing and shower.
