Swiss Mido Multifort Mechanical Limited Edition M038.605.11.060.00 watches will win their owners especially with their universal look and precise workmanship. This makes it a great companion especially for everyday wear. This model was produced in a limited edition of 999 pieces for the whole world and celebrates the 90th anniversary of the Multifort line.
The Mido M038.605.11.060.00 watch has a case and bracelet made of 316L stainless steel. Two extra straps are also included - one leather and one nylon-leather combination. Both the bracelet and straps are equipped with quick-release clasps, so they can be easily changed without tools. The case reliably ticks with a Swiss mechanical movement, the Mido Caliber 6498-1 (based on the ETA 6498-1) with manual winding. It operates at a frequency of 18,000 semi-frequencies per hour, has 17 jewels and a power reserve of 46 hours. The operation of this machine can be observed through a transparent dial. At the 6 o'clock position we find the off-centre seconds hand.
The transparent dial, designed in the style of the ETA/Unitas 6498-1 movement with luminescent elements, is protected by a sapphire crystal that guarantees maximum resistance to scratches. The double-sided anti-reflective coating then guarantees excellent legibility even in direct sunlight. The water resistance of this model is 100m (10 Bar), so it can handle even greater contact with water, such as swimming.
