The Laco Atacama Quarz UTC MB has been developed to withstand even the harshest conditions. It follows models developed in collaboration with the German army and special forces. Laco Atacama targets primarily rescue forces, police, military and all those who like to engage in outdoor activities and need to rely on their watches.
The Laco Atacama Quarz UTC MB from the Squad series features an unusual construction with a screw-down crown located at the 12 o'clock position. This position does not hinder ease of use and ensures that despite the larger case size, the watch is comfortable on the wrist. The steel case of the watch with a black PVD finish is complemented by a link steel bracelet with a black DLC finish. The watch is equipped with a unidirectional rotating countdown lunette, which was chosen for the possibility of easy time synchronization. The black dial features excellent clarity and legibility, which is enhanced in low-light conditions by luminescence on the hands, numerals and indices. It is protected by a sapphire crystal. With a case size of 46 mm, the watch sits well on the wrist thanks to the sophisticated shape of the conical case. Thanks to the battery-powered movement, the height of the watch has been reduced to just 10.5 mm. The water resistance of the model is 200 m (20 ATM) and its set of features makes it predestined for use in sports and in the water.
It is powered by a Swiss battery-powered Ronda 515.24H movement. The movement is equipped with a GMT function - the ability to display a second time zone and display the date at the 6 o'clock position.
