The watch cases are made of light carbon and ceramic, durable materials, the advantage of which are their technical properties. Carbon fiber composite and ceramic are naturally black, fade-resistant and scratch-resistant from everyday use.

With its patented Case Suspension System, waterproof case and COSC-certified automatic movement, the Swiss Formex Essence Leggera is the epitome of a versatile Swiss mechanical timepiece. The imaginary icing on the cake is the flip-up clasp with the patented micro-regulation system, which also makes you fall in love with wearing the watch.

The Formex Essence Leggera models are available in 41 and 43 mm sizes and thanks to the materials used, they boast a very low case weight - 40 g for the smaller and 50 g for the larger version. Formex has teamed up with WatchGecko specifically for the Essence Leggera range to create a matching all-black NATO strap for the watch. However, all models can also be purchased in combination with leather and rubber straps ending in a flip-up clasp with a system of fine micro-regulation in the range of 7 mm. It goes without saying that the straps can easily be changed without the use of any tools.
