The Citizen Promaster Sky Radio Controlled Promaster 35th Anniversary Limited Edition JY8146-54E men's watch is perfect for lovers of precise time, with its multi-frequency radio time control display. This model is powered by solar energy (Eco-Drive), eliminating the need to replace the battery. The versatile design makes this model especially suitable for everyday wear. This model was produced to celebrate the 35th anniversary of the Promaster series in a limited edition of 5600 pieces for the whole world.
The case of the Citizen JY8146-54E including the bracelet is made of stainless steel with PVD finish. Inside this case works the in-house Citizen U680 movement, which offers absolutely accurate time thanks to the Radio-Controlled system, i.e. synchronization of time by radio signal. Other functions can be relied on, such as battery indication, overcharge prevention, undercharge warning with two-second jumps of the second hand, or switching to power-saving mode. You can also use the stopwatch function, automatic calendar (showing day, month and year), time zones, daylight saving time, UTC, timer, 2x alarm, display illumination, energy saving mode 1 and 2, or shock detection functions. A bidirectional rotary slide rule can also be used for simple slide rule calculations.
This model is powered by Eco-Drive technology, a light-charged battery with a runtime reserve of up to 6 months (up to 42 months in power saving mode). This eliminates the need to replace the battery. The water resistance ofthis watch is200 m, so it can easily handle contact with water, such as swimming or diving. The dial is protected by a sapphire crystal that provides maximum protection against scratches. Thanks to the anti-reflective layer, you can rely on excellent legibility even in the harsh sunlight.
This limited edition of 5600 pieces is dedicated to the 35th anniversary of the acclaimed Promaster series. It offers the highest quality for demanding conditions on land, in the air and in the water.
