Watch Citizen Skyhawk Radio Controlled JY8100-80L is perfect for precise time lovers, whose display is provided by multi-frequency radio time control. Powered by solar energy (Eco-Drive), this model is extremely comfortable to wear thanks to the use of Super Titanium™. It is a pilot model, but it will also serve well in everyday wear.
Case including watch band Citizen The JY8100-80L is made of Super Titanium™, which ensures light weight and total anti-allergy. Inside this case works the in-house Citizen U680 movement, which offers absolutely accurate time thanks to the Radio-Controlled system, i.e. synchronizing the time using a radio signal. Other functions can also be relied on, such as indicating the battery's state of charge, preventing overcharging, warning of insufficient charge with two-second jumps of the second hand, or switching to power-saving mode. You can also use the stopwatch function, alarm, or the 24-hour sub-dial at the 12 o'clock position. The data display and other functions on the digital part of the dial are very handy.
This model is powered by Eco-Drive technology, a light-charged battery with a power reserve of up to 6 months and 42 months when the power saving mode is activated. This eliminates the need to replace the battery. The water resistance of this watch is 200 m, so it can easily handle contact with water, such as swimming or diving. The dial is protected by a sapphire crystal which provides maximum protection against scratches. Good readability in sharp light is ensured by the anti-reflective coating.
