The Citizen Promaster Skyhawk Radio Controlled AT8020-54L men's watch is perfect for precise time lovers, which is displayed by multi-frequency radio time control. This model is powered by solar energy (Eco-Drive), eliminating the need to replace the battery. This pilot model is created in honor of the aerobatic group Blue Angels.
The case of the Citizen Promaster Sky Blue Angels AT8020-54L is made of stainless steel, as is its bracelet. Inside this case works the Citizen H800 movement, which offers absolutely accurate time thanks to the Radio-Controlled system, i.e. synchronizing the time using a radio signal. You can also rely on other functions such as battery indication, overcharge prevention, warning of insufficient charge by two-second jumps of the second hand, or switching to power-saving mode. You can also use the stopwatch function with 1/20 s accuracy, or the 24-hour sub-dial at the 9 o'clock position. Very handy is the date and day of the week display.
This model is powered by Eco-Drive technology, a light-charged battery with a runtime reserve of up to 6 months (10 months in power saving mode). The water resistance of this watch is 200 m, so it can easily handle contact with water, such as swimming or diving.The dial is protected by a sapphire crystal, which provides maximum protection against scratches.
This pilot model is created to honor the aerobatic group Blue Angels with their logo on the dagger. The Blue Angels perform choreographed aerial routines choreographed by US Navy pilots. This team was formed in 1945 to draw public attention to naval aviation. It is the second oldest aerobatic team in the world (after France's Patrouille de France from 1931).
