The Citizen Promaster Marine Diver Eco-Drive BN0269-50W watch is the ideal choice for both active athletes and everyday wear. The watch impresses not only with its "diver" look, but also with features such as the Eco-Drive, which provides power using energy from light. This eliminates the need to replace the battery.
The Citizen Promaster Marine Diver Eco-Drive BN0269-50W watch has a case including the bracelet made of stainless steel. Inside the case is the in-house Citizen E168 movement, which features a light-charged battery with a power reserve of up to 6 months and also a low battery indicator function. A handy feature is then the date display at the traditional 3 o'clock position. The clear dial of this model is protected by a sapphire crystal that is maximally scratch-resistant. The anti-reflective coating ensures excellent legibility even in bright sunlight.
The water resistance of the watch is 200 m and is therefore suitable for use in water, including swimming or diving. Water resistance is supported by a screw-down crown and compliance with the ISO 6425 diving standard. Improved legibility in low-light conditions is ensured by luminescence applied to the indices and hands.
The watch meets the ISO 6425 diving standard, allowing it to wear the Diver's designation on the dial. Such watches must have a water resistance of at least 100 metres, and the watch must be pressure tested to 125% of the declared water resistance value (i.e. a watch tight to 200 m according to ISO 2281 is only tested to 200 m, a diver's watch according to ISO 6425 must be pressure tested to 250 m) and must meet other conditions. For example, they are tested for decompression, corrosion resistance, resistance to magnetic fields or impact. It must also have a unidirectional rotating lunette, luminescence, etc.
Citizen watches are guaranteed for 5 years.
