In addition to the functions of a sports tester, it offers everything we are used to with G-Shock models. They haven't lost any of their high durability and usual features, adding an optical sensor, a choice of several sports activities and better sports performance management.

Casio G-Shock G-Squad DW H5600-1 belongs to the group of very popular G-Shock models designed for athletes. Thanks to its inclusion in the G-Shock family, it will stand up to even the toughest conditions. They are equipped with a number of basic functions, complemented by features designed to monitor and evaluate all kinds of exercise. Heart rate measurement is provided by an optical sensor, which also provides heart rate zone information. Of course, there is a pedometer.
In the PolarTM smartwatch library, you can easily perform a quick exercise analysis and performance comparison, keeping track of fitness shifts, sleep quality and body recovery. The watch will also offer breathing exercises and an oximeter to measure blood oxygen levels.
