The Casio G-Shock G-Lide GBX-H5600-2ER is the latest addition to the G-LIDE series, designed for water sports and surfing enthusiasts, and it expands the range of possible uses thanks to advanced fitness and health tracking features. It features an iconic design in an exceptionally lightweight build, crafted for maximum freedom of movement both on land and in the water, making it the perfect companion for athletic performance and everyday activities. It retains all of its high durability and standard features, while adding an optical sensor, a selection of sports modes, and improved performance tracking.

The Casio G-Shock G-Lide GBX H5600-2 belongs to the group of highly popular G-Shock models designed for athletes. Thanks to its place in the G-Shock family, it can withstand even the toughest conditions. It is equipped with a range of basic functions, supplemented by features designed to track and analyze all types of exercise. Heart rate is measured by an optical sensor, which also provides information on heart rate zones. Of course, it also includesa pedometer. The watch is aimed at water sports enthusiasts and can display information needed by surfers, such as tide times and levels, moon phases, and sunrise and sunset times. Once paired with your phone, you’ll gain access to detailed tide charts and can select one of approximately 3,300 major surfing spots worldwide to receive specific data on tides, waves, moon phases, or sunrise and sunset times directly to your wrist.
In the Polar™ smartwatch library, you can easily perform a quick workout analysis and compare your performance, and you’ll have an overview of your fitness progress, sleep quality, and recovery. The watch also offers breathing exercises and a pulse oximeter to measure blood oxygen levels. Whether you’re surfing, running, walking, or working out, this watch will be a great tool for setting up a training plan and making it easier to reach your goals.

The watch features an inverted digital display that shows the date, day of the week, stopwatch, alarm, and other functions that are especially useful during sports. You’ll appreciate the high-resolution MIP (Memory in Pixel) LCD display for its easy readability in all conditions. It’s protected by mineral glass. Automatic LED display lighting ensures readability in the dark. A key feature of the watch is its combination of solar power and the option for low-energy Bluetooth connectivity to your phone. This connection, along with the use of the corresponding mobile app (CASIO WATCHES), allows for easy management of all functions. In addition to sunlight, the watch can also be charged via a USB cable when connected toaUSBcharger. Solar charging powers basic daily functions such as the time display, pedometer, and notifications; however, it does not power the heart rate monitor. Unlike its predecessors, the watch offers expanded notification capabilities with vibration alerts.
The watch case is made of carbon and resin from renewable sources, and is complemented on the wrist by a comfortable resin strap. A new design feature is the back of the case, made of carbon-fiber-reinforced resin. As a result, the watch is approximately 12 grams lighter than previous comparable models with heart rate monitoring, which significantly increases wearing comfort.
The watch features a smaller case diameterof 44.5 mm. This model is water-resistant to 200 m, so you can swim and enjoy other water activities without any problems.
