The elegant men's Alexander Shorokhoff Fedor Dostoevsky Unique AS.FD.S3-W watch belongs to the Heritage model series . In creating the design for the Fedor Dostoevsky model series, Alexander Shorokhov was inspired by his passion for gambling and the extraordinary life of the great philosopher and writer Fyodor Dostoevsky.
Dostoyevsky was not only a great writer, but also a passionate gambler. With the same passion with which he wrote novels, he threw himself into gambling. He lost his entire fortune in Baden-Baden, Germany. This gambling passion of this writer motivated A. Shorokhov to create the unique design of the Fedor Dostoevsky clock.
The case of the Fedor Dostoevsky Unique AS.FD.S3-W is made of stainless steel. All models of this series are distinguished by a modern case design with gently rounded edges. Inside is a mechanical movement with manual winding 3105.AS. The individual parts are hand engraved and machined. It is set with 17 jewels and has a power reserve of 42 hours. Its operation can be observed thanks to a transparent sapphire crystal dial.
The dial is partially skeletonized and hand engraved. It is protected by a sapphire crystal with anti-reflective treatment.
The water resistance of this model is set at 3 ATM, so the watch can come into contact with splashing water, for example, when washing hands or in the rain. The watch is completed with a leather strap made of alligator leather.
The watch was produced in a limited edition of 25 pieces.
The manufacturer reserves the right to change the colour of the strap. The straps are hand-stitched and it may happen that the leather of a given colour is no longer available.

Alexander Shorokhoff is a German company producing mechanical watches with a highly artistic design. The founder of the brand is Mr. Alexander Shorokhov, who was sent to Germany in 1991 as one of the best managers to further his education in his field. Within one year, he established a trading company for the most important Russian watch brand Poljot here with the aim of enabling the commercialization of this brand in all European countries. In 1994, he started his own business with his first own watch brand, Poljot-International.
However, in order to fulfill his great ambition to produce high-quality watches independently, in 2003 he founded the watch company Alexander Shorokhoff under his own name, based in the town of Alzenau in the heart of Bavaria. The two letters "f" at the end of the company's name are a reference to its Russian roots and the historical background of the brand.
Alexander Shorokhov is a world citizen. He travels the world and draws inspiration from the many countries and cultures he visits. But it draws the most from its roots, which stem from a rich and thousand-year artistic and cultural history. These aspects combined with German precision lead to an unusual individual watch design, combined with great commitment, excellent quality and the highest possible precision.
The brand will present itself to us in three main model lines: Avantgarde, Heritage and Vintage.
