Men's Alexander Shorokhoff Deep Ding 2 AS.DD03-RSR watch belongs to the Avantgarde model series. Alexander Shorokhoff presents the successor to the Deep Ding 1, the first Alexander Shorokhoff watch with a water resistance of 10 ATM. The special feature of this new variant of the Deep Ding 2 is its versatility and thus its considerable added value.
The case of the Deep Ding 2 AS.DD03-RSR is made of stainless steel. The case also includes a stainless steel grill. The dial of the watch bears artistically avant-garde wave forms that represent the sea. The hands are striking and feature Superluminova luminescence. Their size makes it easy to read the time underwater and in the dark. Luminescence is also found on the indices. Inside the watch is a Swiss mechanical movement ETA 2824 (or Selita SW200) with a power reserve of 38 hours. At position 7 there is a handy date display. Everything is protected by a sapphire crystal with anti-reflective treatment.
The watch case has two crowns. The one at the 2 o'clock position is for the rotating inner lunette, which can be used to set the minutes when diving. The other, at the 4 o'clock position, is for setting the time. Both crowns are marked to avoid confusion. In addition, the crowns have a double seal to ensure that they are sufficiently protected against water pressure. The black PVD coating of the case elements ensures scratch resistance. The back of the case creates an artistic moment and offers a beautiful image from the depths of the sea - a wonderful 3D rendition of a pair of turtles.
For comfortable wearing and carefree handling, a high quality rubber strap with an elegant fold-over buckle made of solid stainless steel has been developed. The buckle is easy to use and fits perfectly on the rubber belt. The top of the buckle features the avant-garde AS brand logo on one side and the Art on the Wrist slogan on the other. The back of the strap is embossed with a wavy pattern that matches the dial.
The water resistance of this model is set at 10 ATM, so you can swim or snorkel with the watch without worry.
The watch was produced in a limited edition of 37 pieces.

Alexander Shorokhoff is a German company producing mechanical watches with a highly artistic design. The founder of the brand is Mr. Alexander Shorokhov, who was sent to Germany in 1991 as one of the best managers to further his education in his field. Within one year, he established a trading company for the most important Russian watch brand Poljot here with the aim of enabling the commercialization of this brand in all European countries. In 1994, he started his own business with his first own watch brand, Poljot-International.
However, in order to fulfill his great ambition to produce high-quality watches independently, in 2003 he founded the watch company Alexander Shorokhoff under his own name, based in the town of Alzenau in the heart of Bavaria. The two letters "f" at the end of the company's name are a reference to its Russian roots and the historical background of the brand.
Alexander Shorokhov is a world citizen. He travels the world and draws inspiration from the many countries and cultures he visits. But it draws the most from its roots, which stem from a rich and thousand-year artistic and cultural history. These aspects combined with German precision lead to an unusual individual watch design, combined with great commitment, excellent quality and the highest possible precision.
The brand will present itself to us in three main model lines: Avantgarde, Heritage and Vintage.
