1. What we should engrave:
   - the amount of text depends on the product;
   - some watch faces can fit up to 20 characters of text, other parts of the watch and pen only have a monogram, possibly a name, or a date;
   - images and other graphics must be consulted first.
2. Where you wish to place the engraving:
   - engraving is only possible on metal parts of watches and pens,
   - most often it is done on a pumpkin / case / clasp, or lid / crown
3. What font: 
   - we use these fonts (image with samples).

Work progress

• After ordering, we will contact you to clarify your specifications.
• We will send you a draft of the engraving itself.
• After approval and payment, we will carry out the engraving.

Deadline and payment in advance

• Engraving usually takes 2–3 days from approval, depending on current workload, which may delay the delivery of your watch. If you need it done urgently, please mention this in the order notes.
• ⚠️ For engraved (personalized) products, payment in advance is required, and the item cannot be returned or exchanged. The standard product warranty still applies, of course.
