The Tissot Pinarello Special Edition T162.408.97.061.00 is a sporty model that impresses especially with its unconventional case design with a crown on the left side, the use of modern materials and the COSC-certified troika.

For the first time, the Tissot and Pinarello brands have joined their worlds, combining more than 170 years of Swiss watchmaking with the Italian tradition of a renowned manufacturer of high-performance bicycles. Inspired by a shared passion for cycling and a creative pursuit with a clear purpose, the Tissot Pinarello special edition reflects the values that both brands espouse: precision, technological craftsmanship and a constant pursuit of progress.

The Tissot T1624089706100 is powered by the ETA Powermatic 80.611 mechanical self-winding movement, with 25 stone settings and a maximum power reserve of up to 80 hours. The frequency of the machine is 3 Hz (21600 semi-frequencies per hour). Thanks to the use of an anti-magnetic Nivachron™ titanium alloy flywheel, co-developed with the Swatch Group by the Audemars Piguet manufacture, this calibre is highly resistant to the effects of magnetic fields. In addition to the date display, the movement also features a hacking function (stopping the seconds hand when setting the time). Thanks to the COSC certification, the movement is guaranteed to be accurate to -4 /+6 seconds per day. The work of the movement can be observed through the transparent back cover.

The watch case is made of a combination of stainless steel and carbon fibre composite material. The case draws direct inspiration from the characteristic Pinarello fork design, giving the watch a unique identity. The black nickel-plated indices coated with Super-LumiNova® ensure optimal legibility and bring a refined technical aesthetic. The hands with grooved facets catch the light with subtle reflections, while the seconds hand - shaped like the Pinarello "P" and finished with Borealis, a distinctive colour statement deeply linked to the brand's identity - adds a distinctive touch of colour and movement. This exceptional dial is protected by a sapphire crystal with an anti-reflective coating that is highly resistant to scratches.

On the wrist, the watch is held by a black rubber strap with a thorn buckle, and a black leather strap is also included, also equipped with a thorn buckle. With a water resistance of up to 100 metres (10 ATM) , there is no need to remove the watch from your hand even when swimming or snorkelling. It will thus be a great partner not only for everyday wear, but also for sports in the water and on land.
