The Tissot Gentleman Automatic Silicium T927.407.46.291.00 is part of the T-Gold series, which is characterised by the use of gold in the manufacture of the case. It winsits owners especially with its elegant appearance, attractive design and precise workmanship.
TheTissot T9274074629100 model is powered by the Powermatic 80automatic movement , which bo asts apower reserve of up to 80 hours, which is twice as high as is common for automatic movements in this price category. It is fitted with 25 stones and its 21,600 vibrations per hour can be observed through a transparent dial. Themovement is "based" on the ETA 2824 variant. Tissot was heavily involved in its development, making it the first watchmaker in the world to incorporate it into its watches. This underlines its label as a major innovator in the watch industry.
The movement is housed in a case made of stainless steel combined with 18-carat rose gold, from which the lunette is made. The case is completed with a leather strap with a butterfly clasp. Thedial is protected by a sapphire crystal, which is highly scratch-resistant. With a water resistance of up to 50 metres (5 ATM), the watch can withstand minor contact with water, which can be compared to showering or washing hands.
