The Timex Expedition x Peanuts TW2Y84700 men’s watch combines the time-tested durability of the Acadia outdoor series with the charming nostalgia of the famous Peanuts comics and the theme of the adventurous Beagle Scouts. The watch’s standout feature is its clean, cream-colored dial, featuring easy-to-read Arabic numerals and a playful illustration of Snoopy and his loyal feathered scouts. The dial also features a practical date window, ensuring a reliable daily overview of the current date.
The model features proven, versatile proportions that ensure flawless ergonomics during any adventure. The round case, with a diameter of 40 mm and a comfortable thickness of 11 mm, is made of a special resin with a matte finish, which gives the watch exceptional lightness, durability, and a rugged outdoor look. The case design also features integrated crown protection to prevent accidental snagging in the terrain, while the dial itself is reliably protected by a flexible acrylic crystal.

Luminescent coating applied to the hands and hour markers ensures easy and quick time-reading in low-light conditions, in the woods, or during the evening twilight.
Maximum comfort during sports and all-day wear in the city is provided by a blue silicone strap with a fine grooved texture that effectively wicks moisture away from the skin and is easy to clean. The strap, with a lug spacing of 20 mm, is designed for wrist circumferences ranging from 150 to 205 mm and features a reliable pin buckle. Thanks to the thoughtful selection of lightweight materials, the watch weighs just 45 g, so it feels weightless on the wrist.
The watch is water-resistant to 5 ATM (50 meters), which guarantees reliable protection during everyday contact with water, such as showering, washing hands, or being out in heavy rain.

Timex is an American brand of affordable watches that was founded in 1854 in Waterbury, Connecticut, where it is still based today. The manufacturer currently focuses on the production of a wide range of different types of watches, from the purely sporty digital Ironman (for example, this model from the 90s is legendary) to the formal mechanical Marlin or the very popular and extremely well-designed retro series Q Reissue, which is based on everyday watches from the 70s to 90s.
Over the decades, watches from this manufacturer have rightly earned a reputation for excellent price-performance ratio, which is of course very welcome for "normal" daily wear. A synonym for Timex is their slogan 'It takes a licking and keeps on ticking', which the company started using in the 1950s.
Nowadays, Timex is notorious for numerous collaborations with well-known and lesser-known brands and personalities, which often result in unique and highly collectible pieces. The first significant collaboration of this kind saw the light of day in 1930, when Timex released a series of watches inspired by Mickey Mouse together with the Disney company - which actually saved them from financial collapse at the time.
