The TIMEX Expedition x Peanuts TW2Y84600 men’s watch combines the proven outdoor character of the popular Expedition series with the world of the famous Peanuts comics and the playful theme of the Beagle Scouts troop, led by Snoopy. The dial offers excellent readability thanks to clear Arabic numerals and thematic graphics referencing adventurous expeditions into nature. A practical date window ensures easy tracking of the day.
The watch’s design relies on proven proportions, featuring a round case with a versatile 40 mm diameter and a comfortable thickness of 11 mm. The case is made of lightweight and highly durable resin with a matte finish that stands up well to the rigors of outdoor activities. A practical design feature is the integrated side crown guard, which prevents accidental snagging in the terrain, while the dial itself is reliably protected by a flexible acrylic crystal.
Precise and reliable operation is ensured by the time-tested Japanese quartz movement, caliber 203, powered by an SR626SW silver oxide button cell battery. Luminescent coating applied to the hands and hour markers ensures easy time-reading in low-light conditions, in the dim light of the forest, or during evening excursions.
Maximum comfort during sports, hiking, and everyday wear is provided by a silicone strap with a fine grooved texture that effectively wicks moisture away from the skin and is very easy to clean. The strap, with a lug spacing of 20 mm and a classic pin buckle, is designed for wrist circumferences ranging from 150 to 205 mm. For maximum user comfort, it is also equipped with Quick Release pins, which allow for instant replacement without the need for watchmaking tools. Thanks to its ultra-lightweight resin construction, the watch weighs just 45 g, ensuring exceptionally comfortable wear without any feeling of weight on the wrist.
The watch is water-resistant to 5 ATM (50 meters), providing reliable protection during everyday contact with water, such as showering, washing hands, and being out in the rain.

Timex is an American brand of affordable watches that was founded in 1854 in Waterbury, Connecticut, where it is still based today. The manufacturer currently focuses on the production of a wide range of different types of watches, from the purely sporty digital Ironman (for example, this model from the 90s is legendary) to the formal mechanical Marlin or the very popular and extremely well-designed retro series Q Reissue, which is based on everyday watches from the 70s to 90s.
Over the decades, watches from this manufacturer have rightly earned a reputation for excellent price-performance ratio, which is of course very welcome for "normal" daily wear. A synonym for Timex is their slogan 'It takes a licking and keeps on ticking', which the company started using in the 1950s.
Nowadays, Timex is notorious for numerous collaborations with well-known and lesser-known brands and personalities, which often result in unique and highly collectible pieces. The first significant collaboration of this kind saw the light of day in 1930, when Timex released a series of watches inspired by Mickey Mouse together with the Disney company - which actually saved them from financial collapse at the time.
